Morning Routine

If you like morning routines, then we suggest to enhance your efforts to detox, we recommend including one or all of these habits into your morning routine

  1. Tongue Scraping is a simple daily Ayurvedic practice.  Ever smell your breath see white stuff on your tongue when you wake up?  Toxins breed in your mouth overnight. A metal tongue scraper is super easy to use.  Just drag it on your tongue firmly 3 or 4 times and literally scrape away the toxins off your tongue so it never enters your body.

  1. Drink hot water or herbal tea.  If you don’t scrape your tongue, then rinse your mouth with water to at least get rid of some of the sludge you built up overnight.  Then drink some hot water or herbal tea. Staying hydrating all day starting first thing in the morning is key to helping your bodily organs work to its maximum potential.

Evening Routine

If evening routines are your thing and help to ensure that you stay on the path, we recommend 

  1. Dry brushing.  Before you go to bed.
  2. Get enough sleep.  Sleep early enough so that you know you will get 7-9 hours per night.  This will ensure your body has enough time to repair itself. This helps with brain fog, and increases mental sharpness which has benefits we don’t even need to share with you.
