What's In The Program?

 
  • Dates: Feb 1 – May 2, 2021
  • Three custom 15-minute workouts
  • The goal of the challenge is to create consistency and start working out.
  • To make it fun, we’ve added a point accumulation system.  There will be 2 winners: Most points accumulated and a raffle winner!
  • Accumulate points for water consumption and daily steps
  • Private Facebook group with access to Coach Tina for the 7 days
  • Live Facebook with Coach Tina to answer workout and consistency questions

Meet Coach Tina Tang

I got into fitness super late…age 42!  Before that, I was a Wall Street trader, jewelry designer/business owner.

I’ve been active my whole life, but never played in team sports or competed in anything.  At age 42, I went through some unplanned life changes — a difficult divorce and the post financial crisis economy.  Both of these unforeseen events hit me and my jewelry stores hard and steered me to new directions in my life.

During that crappy time, I turned to working out as my dependable constant.  I did not know what I was doing.  I was just going to the gym.

I tooled around on the elliptical, machines and took classes.  I started asking lots of questions.  

Before I knew it, I signed up for a personal training course.  I loved it!  I started working at Equinox as a personal trainer.  From there, I immersed myself into kettlebells, barbells and all the tools that build muscles knowing how critical maintaining strength is to aging well.

Since then, I have been on a mission to help other midlifers feel the confidence I feel when I take care of my body and my strength.  If you are still reading this, I am so excited to do this challenge with you!
